For years, Eric Horwitz, MD, FABS, FASTRO, has served as a distinguished leader at the American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO). Now, Dr. Horwitz, Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, has been elected to ASTRO’s Executive Committee of the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiation Oncology Programs (SCAROP)—to educate, collaborate, and innovate with other global chairs.
