Jeffrey M. Farma, MD, FACS, Chair of the Department of Fox Chase Surgery, was recently honored for his exceptional achievements and awarded The Paul Grotzinger and Wilbur Raab Chair in Surgical Oncology, an endowed chair that recognizes Farma’s nationally respected surgical clinical excellence, advances in innovative research, and compassionate patient care.

Jay Simhan, MD, FACS, Chair of the Department of Urology at Temple University Hospital and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Director of Reconstruction at Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Director of the Temple Urology Fellowship Program, was awarded first place at the 44th Annual Ralph E. Hopkins Jackson Hole Seminar Series in Urology. Simhan is one of the few reconstructive urologists who’s an expert in urethral reconstruction, prosthetic surgery including artificial urinary sphincter and inflatable penile prosthesis, and complex abdominal reconstruction.> Read More
Benjamin Ristau, MD, MHA, a former Urologic Oncology Fellow at Fox Chase, now a urologic oncologist at UConn Health, and Alexander Kutikov, MD, FACS, Chair of the Department of Urology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and the first Fox Chase Urologic Oncologic Fellow who also trained Ristau, recently collaborated and co-edited the May 2025 issue of Urologic Clinics of North America.
