Physicians at Temple Health have developed the Temple Healthy Chest Initiative to screen, diagnose, treat, and support patients who are at the greatest risk of developing lung cancer due to a history of smoking. The program joins two worldclass health centers in Philadelphia—Fox Chase Cancer Center and the Temple Lung Center—to identify malignant nodules before symptoms emerge and give patients the greatest chance at the best outcome.
