That's also called in large prostate and depending on how big the prostate is that you can offer a wide variety of treatments for those patients. I offer prostate and Nuclear Nation, also called Endoscopic and Nuclear Nation. When you knew create you remove the prostate in one piece. Not the entire prostate, but the portion of the prostate that's blocking the bladder, making it difficult for patients to go to the bathroom and when you remove tissue in that manner, you're able to remove the entire problem. The tissue doesn't grow back over time. There's not a lot of health systems that offer laser Nuclear Nation. It's a treatment that you can use for prostates of all sizes. It's a safe procedure. It's a durable procedure. Um and that's most of the reason why I I offer endoscopic Nuclear Nation to a lot of my patients because I know they'll do well with it patients come in with lower urinary tract symptoms, secondary between large prostate. I spend a lot of time with them listening to their symptoms getting an idea of how bothered they are by their symptoms. There's a lot of options available to them, and the goal is to identify what the best option for them is.
