Pembrolizumab Maintenance After Enfortumab Vedotin/Pembrolizumab Induction in Frontline Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma (IMPROEV)
This is a single-arm, open-label, non-randomized Phase II trial evaluating the efficacy of induction therapy with enfortumab vedotin (EV) plus pembrolizumab (P) for 18 weeks (6 cycles), followed by maintenance pembrolizumab in treatment-naïve patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC).

Scrambler Therapy with Duloxetine-Based Usual Care vs. Duloxetine-Based Usual Care for Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy
The investigators hypothesize that Scrambler therapy with duloxetine, compared to duloxetine-based usual care, will result in greater improvement in CIPN as measured by the BPI-Short Form.

Adaptive Radiation for Abdominopelvic Metastases (ARAM) - Clinical Trial
Recent advancements in radiation technology permit daily adjustment of the radiation plan to account for changes in position of the organs in your abdomen and pelvis and variations in the surrounding normal tissues. This means a new radiation plan can be created for every treatment visit based on what your anatomy looks like that day. This approach is known as “adaptive SBRT”. By using adaptive SBRT, it may be possible to shape the radiation more tightly to the location of your tumors and lower the radiation dose to the surrounding normal tissues. The safety of different doses of radiation will be evaluated to help determine the safest dose for future patients.
